Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.

📋 Registration Fee

A once-off Registration Fee of R150 is applicable upon enrolment for all new students. This fee secures your lesson spot and covers administration costs. The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation prior to the commencement of lessons.
💳 Payment Policy

All monthly tuition fees are due and payable in full on or before the 8th of each calendar month. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the temporary suspension of your lesson slot. Fees are strictly non-refundable once the month has commenced. For payment queries, contact us via email before the due date.
📅 Lesson Spots & Scheduling

Only weekly lesson spots are available. There are no fortnightly or casual (ad-hoc) spots offered. Once your spot is confirmed and paid for, it is reserved exclusively for you for that month.
❌ Student Cancellations & Absences
▼
We understand that unavoidable circumstances may occasionally arise. As a gesture of goodwill, one (1) catch-up lesson per calendar month may be granted for a genuine, unavoidable absence. The student or parent/guardian must notify the academy in advance. The rescheduled lesson must be completed within the same week immediately following the missed class, subject to availability. Catch-up lessons are not carried forward, and this allowance does not apply to habitual absences.

In the unlikely event that Arav Music Academy cancels a scheduled lesson, a catch-up lesson or credit will be offered at no additional cost.
🔄 Enrolment & Auto-Renewal

Enrolment automatically rolls over each month unless you notify us of your intention to cancel. Payment for the next month is expected by the 8th of the current month.
📢 Cancellation Notice Period

A minimum of two (2) weeks' written notice must be given to cancel your enrolment. Notice must be submitted via email to aravmusicacademy@gmail.com. Cancellations without sufficient notice may still be liable for the following month's fees.
🎓 Class Format & Student Conduct

All lessons are 30 minutes. Students must arrive on time. Respectful conduct is required at all times. Arav Music Academy reserves the right to discontinue enrolment for disruptive conduct without refund.
🌐 Online Class Requirements
▼
For online students, a stable internet connection, working camera, and microphone are required. The academy is not responsible for lessons missed due to technical issues on the student's side.
